bout to start withdrawing my money from bookmaker and I have to fill out a credit card authorization form before I can take any out and Im kind of confused on this question :

I will honor all deposits made in BM X Entertainment Ltd. for the total amount of $______ to be paid to them according to my credit card issuer agreement, whether the purchases were made by phone or internet, and will not dispute any charges.

Could someone help plz I have no idea what the amount is? Do i need to ask my credit card issuer or the book for what the amount should be?

Ted I just asked a live operator thru chat from bookmaker and she said leave it blank? or an approximate amount of my deposit? lol man I dont really feel comfortable leaving it blank. Im cashing out 3,000 and when I first deposited I put in $200 on 1st of last month. What would be the approximate amount?

When I first read the form, my intepretation was that it would be the amount you deposited using your credit card, however, since the chat operator has told you to leave it blank, I suggest you follow the operator's instructions and either leave it blank or put in $200, if that was your initial deposit using your credit card. JMO

Thanks for the help man , I asked another operator he said to put in my last deposit and not to leave it blank so dont know, I guess im going to just put in 200 bucks like you said.
